Refund policy
Hairs must be sent back within 48 hours of delivery and you will get a refund once the hair has been inspected.
Return of hair will only be accepted if lace has not been cut off, it's not showing any signs of wear, no perfume/odour, makeup etc.
If you choose a refund, we do not refund delivery fee.
When a particular hair that was paid for is no longer available, a refund is made.
We cannot refund you simply because you change your mind or you no longer in need of the hair.
After 3 days of hair delivery, no refund you can only exchange for a period of 7 working days.
